And it is named after, Anaitis, a Persian Love Goddess. It is a gorgeous perfume, which was launched way back in 1978, and is one of the most classic floral fragrances available today. It is the first perfume that Cacharel ever launched.
The perfume rests in a bottle shaped very simply, almost like a bottle of cream, in the color of white, with the name sprawled across it on a sticker with flowers on it, and a round stopper that is large and translucent.
Notes and Longevity
The top notes of this heavenly floral perfume are bergamot, blackcurrant, Madonna lily, lemon, lavender, and the ever-so-popular orange blossom. In the heart of this fragrance, your olfactory sense will explode with sweet Moroccan jasmine, hyacinth, rose, ylang-ylang, carnation, Florentine iris, lily of the valley, tuberose, galbanum, and finally, honeysuckle.
The base notes draw you in, with a heavenly cocktail of musk, incense, leather, oakmoss, sandalwood, bourbon vetiver, amber, cedarwood, and patchouli. Anais Anais has great longevity of 9-10 hours, and a good sillage, which projects to around 3 feet.

Anais Anais is perfect to wear during spring or summer during the day. It is the kind of fresh perfume to wear on picnics and first dates where you want to appear ultra-feminine, and gentle as well. It is a lovely fragrance to wear to daytime special occasions like weddings and bridal showers.
